Please note all of our tree’s are shrink wrapped to prevent any damage during delivery. This means your tree will need styling on receipt for it to look it’s best, all the branches can be gently pulled apart and bent into the desired shape. Occasionally some leaves will fall off in the process due to packing, this is normal but anything excessive please contact us.
