Yes! Our trees feature high-quality materials, hand-painted trunks, and real-touch leaves designed to replicate natural colour and feel. We regularly visit our supplier’s factory overseas to ensure every tree meets our high standards.
2. Are your trees pet and child safe?
Absolutely. All materials are non-toxic and BPA-free.
3. What delivery options do you offer?
- FREE Next Day Delivery as standard
- Nationwide delivery in 2–4 working days via DPD/ParcelForce.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the UK (mainland and Northern Ireland). For orders extending to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or ROI, please reach out to contact@habitual-home.co.uk for a custom quote.
5. Can I return a tree if I don’t like it?
Yes - you have 14 days from delivery to return your order for a refund (excluding return shipping). Returned trees must be in their original packaging and condition. Please email contact@habitual-home.co.uk to start the process.
6. How do I care for my faux tree?
- Dust leaves regularly with a microfiber cloth or soft brush
- For deeper cleaning, use a gentle wipe with diluted soapy water
- Avoid direct intense sunlight to preserve color
- Frequently rotate your tree to prevent flat spots
Tip: For extra realism, gently fluff or shape the branches after dusting.
7. Do you offer trade pricing?

9. When do you restock items?
We typically restock every 4–6 weeks. Sign up for restock alerts directly on each product page to be notified as soon as your favourite tree is available.
10. Can I cancel or amend my order after purchase?
- Cancellations: Possible within 2 hours of placing your order (before dispatch).
- Amendments: Email contact@habitual-home.co.uk ASAP for any size or address changes.
