Note: There is a 4-6 week lead time from date of order as this is a made to order item and therefore non returnable - This could be sooner if we already have an order pending, please contact us to discuss if you need one sooner and we will be able to advise if we already have any on order.

The tree is made from a resin compound mix which helps to eliminate the 'plasticy' appearance of some faux trees.

Please note all of our tree’s are shrink wrapped to prevent any damage during delivery, whilst this is unsightly and not our long term plan when sending them in cardboard boxes we had a substantially large damage rate. This means your tree will need styling on receipt for it to look it’s best, all the branches can be gently pulled apart and bent into the desired shape. Occasionally some leaves will fall off in the process due to packing, this is normal but anything excessive please contact us.
